Winestore Artisan Gin

Our Artisan Gin captures the quintessentially coastal feel of our family vineyard, Nurringa Park. Our beloved Corymbia citriodora, the Lemon Scented Gum  grows plentifully across our property, its flavourful leaves providing a zesty top note  that balances beautifully with the earthy botanicals in our gin.

We were inspired by the texture and taste of walking in the garden after Summer rain, when heady, earthy scents fill the salty air and broken gum leaves release their fragrant lemon zest. We thought the maritime air coupled with these flavours inspired the perfect gin. Thanks to a collaboration with Logan's Micro Distillery, we think we're pretty close!
