Anti Hero Shiraz

Approximately a 50/50 blend between the “Heroes” vineyard and a 43-year-old vineyard in the Moorabool Valley. Wild yeast fermented with a small proportion of whole bunch.  Matured for 10 months in French oak with 20% new. 13.5% alc.
