2021 Sumptuous cool climate Bellarine shiraz with bright berry notes and white pepper finish. Elegant, light and perfumed with a floral and minty nose. Spicy blackcurrants with smooth grape tannins on the palate and a fresh mineral length.

100% destemmed, fermentation on skins with daily plunges and post-ferment maceration, 9 months ageing on lees in 3 year old French oak, vegan, contain sulphites.
