Little Island Fizz NV -A bright fresh sparkling red with a hint of aniseed on the nose, cherry cola and a fine bead. The palate has a lovely complexity borne of the slightly older components of Cabernet and Shiraz which form the basis of this wine.

2021 Kay Brothers Basket Press Shiraz - Full bodied, fruit driven shiraz

2022 Frederick Stevenson 'Pinata' -39% Cinsault, 33% Grenache, 19% Syrah, & 8% Mourvedre. Cinsault's light fragrance & crunchy acidity, Grenache donating volume and vibrant fruit, Syrah lends some darkness and spice, with Mourvedre to round it out with a little leather and gaminess.

2023 Nurringa Park Rosé - 100% Pinot Noir. Fine acid and lovely red fruit notes.
